If I could give this zero stars I would. I based my decision to eat here from a Google review that said it was the best burger they’ve ever had. I can say I had exactly the opposite experience, the food was absolutely terrible. The burgers had most certainly been frozen and microwaved. My wife and I each took one bite and it was enough for me to walk back up a 300 ft incline to complain, return the food, and request a refund, which in itself was a dodgy experience. The staff tried to convince me that I was in the wrong and was terribly reluctant to refund me. He said that because I was out of the country, it was unlikely that corporate would accommodate the refund and proceeded to sloppily take my information down on a random piece of paper that already had other notes on it. I doubt I’ll ever see my money ever again.

Terrible burger. I took a few bites , immediately starting packing it back in the box and walked back to the restaurant, informed them how bad my food was and gave it all back.
